What’s better than an ice cold and fresh smoothie on a hot summerday? Mixing sour and sweet fruits gives a delicate and light summer taste, to brighten up a Monday.
Ingredients (2 servings):
2 dl. skimmed milk
1 tsp. vanilla sugar
Halve the grapefruits and squeeze the juice from them by hand, or remove the peel and use a juicer.
Peel the banana and blend it together with juice, milk and vanilla sugar in a blender until smooth.
