About

Momento

The Momento LED table lamp is the designers Daniel Debiasi and Federico Sandri's idea of a new and simplified version of the classic office lamp. In Momento's design, the typical technical office lamp details have been replaced by an elegantly balanced architecture, which is easy to adjust to the lighting need of the moment.
The simple construction and integrated details create a light and airy design and the quirkishly tweeked lamp top adds something soft and atmospheric to Momento's clean visual impression.
The Momento table lamp has been designed with an energy-efficient LED lighting source and integrated dispersion lens, which create an attractive and comfortable light.

Daniel Debiasi and Federico Sandri

The designers Daniel Debiasi and Federico Sandri both have a degree in Industrial Design, Daniel from the Milan Polytechnic and Federico from the IUAV University in Venice. They met during a shared work experience in Milan where they both led projects for international design companies. In 2010, they decided to join forces and founded their joint design studio Something.

Daniel and Federico have a holistic approach to design and are interested in the relation between products and their surroundings. They believe that every object is part of a bigger system that should be taken into account too.

"We see design as a discipline that brings together many different ingredients, such as personal culture, experiences and visions i.e., and it is always fascinating to see all of these come together into a tangible output."
