An unconventional lighting design, Reb is designed to draw an illuminated line in a space, with the possibility of arranging and altering it freely into a multitude of configurations according to preference. A tactile and playful design, Reb hangs from the ceiling, presenting itself both as a functional source of lighting and as a sculptural element in the room. It can even be hung several lamps together allowing for endless possibilities. Taking its name from the Danish word for rope, Reb comprises five or eight LED strips covered with a white PET mesh tube. Reb is dimmable and comes in two sizes with either 5 or 8 lighting modules. When powered on, the lamp automatically lights up at full brightness. Tap the metal tube at the end to dim in three steps: from high to medium, low, and off.
A powder-coated aluminum ceiling loop and a pack of 5 fixing rings can be purchased separately, allowing the lamp to be hung in various positions.
Before cleaning, disconnect the power and allow the lamp to cool down for 10 minutes. Mind to clean the surfaces of the lamp only. Clean the lamp with a soft, dry cloth only. If necessary, wipe the surface of the lamp with a soft, damp sponge or cloth, and wipe immediately with a dry cloth. Do not use alcohol or other solvents to clean the product and avoid using abrasive or rough sponges.

Reb Lamp is a sculptural and versatile pendant light designed by German designer Verena Hennig of AKTTEM. Known for her human-centered and innovative approach to design, Hennig brings her tactile, playful and functional aesthetic to this distinctive lighting concept.
The Reb Lamp reimagines the boundaries of pendant lighting design with either five or eight lighting modules encased in delicate mesh fabric. Designed for flexible configuration, Reb encourages users to creatively craft bespoke arrangements that adapt to any spatial setting and lighting need. Whether used as a cascading curtain of light, an abstract chandelier, or a minimalist room divider, Reb Lamp invites personal expression and creative exploration. Its versatility is further enhanced by a metal tube at the base, which doubles as a discreet dimming function, offering three light intensity levels to adjust the ambiance according to mood. Hennig's inspiration stemmed from the idea of drawing illuminated lines in a room, creating visual interest through an interplay of light and form.

AKTTEM was founded in 2017 by Verena Hennig, a creative director and design entrepreneur from Germany. She studied Graphic Design / Visual Communication at the Academy of Fine Arts in Nuremberg. AKTTEM is an innovation and design studio, working in the fields of product design, brand design and interior installations, and is known for its innovative, human-centered, functional designs, with a clear and timeless aesthetic, combined with highly skilled craftsmanship.
