For this year’s 3daysofdesign festival, Normann Copenhagen presents UNFRAMED — a conceptual exhibition that invites visitors to experience design in an entirely new light. 

Step into the vibrant world of graphic designer Djelissa Latini and freelance chef Roberto Mendoza, featured in Made In Design’s Le Style de… home tour. Set in an eclectic Parisian arrondissement, their apartment is a colorful reflection of their creativity, heritage, and love for storytelling through design.

Redefining Material Norms. The Mat Chair collection challenges conventional furniture production by introducing highly renewable, durable materials—hemp and eelgrass—as alternatives to traditional plastic shell chairs. Designed for circularity, Mat is the result of years of extensive research, prototyping, and testing, culminating in an innovative chair that prioritizes material responsibility without compromising on aesthetics or functionality.

A large part of the design process consists of reflecting on materials, their quality, durability, origin, environmental impact and life cycle. We constantly seek new ways to introduce more circular designs into our collection.

Tucked away in the basement of a traditional brick building in Copenhagen’s lively Vesterbro neighborhood, just steps from the Meatpacking District, lies Aspekt Office’s design studio. Founded in 2018 by Hans Toft Hornemann and Terkel Skou Steffensen, the studio has become a hub for creativity and experimentation, embodying their multidisciplinary approach to furniture, product, and interior design.
