Normann Food #6: Healthy Müesli

We present a new recipe for the 'Normann Food' season: a nourishing breakfast recipe to brighten your mornings.

Kicking the day into an early start? 


We definitely recommend homemade müesli as an refreshing breakfast option. Here is our suggestion to a healthy and easily made summer meal. 


Normann Food


Ingredients:

200 g. oat flakes 
100 g. chopped almonds 
100 g. chopped hazel nuts 
100 g. sunflower seeds 
100 g. pumpkin seeds  
100 g. durum wheat grains 
100 g. raisins 
4 large tbsp. acacia honey 
Fresh raspberries according to taste 


Procedure:

  • Roast all ingredients except the raspberries on a dry frying pan at a low temperature until golden. Leave to cool. 

  • Use as topping for yoghurt and garnish with fresh raspberries before serving.
