Normann Food

During the summer of 2013, Normann Copenhagen launched a recipe concept entitled 'Normann Food' in the entrance hall of the Normann Copenhagen Flagship Store. The culinary mind behind the recipes was Peter Elmegaard, Retail Director at the Flagship Store, and it is the company's Brand Manager, Britt Bonnesen, who created the exhibition and the styled delicious pictures.

The entrance hall was transformed into a three-dimensional colour explosion of an exhibition cookbook.


In the exhibition, the recipes were aesthetically unfolded in beautifully styled large-scale food pictures in fresh and bright colours that fill the walls. Alongside the pictures Normann Copenhagen's kitchen collection were also exhibited in artistic installations that visually reflect the recipes. Throughout the exhibition, visitors had the chance to collect cards with the twelve easy to follow recipes.

The recipes were specially suited for the summer season and include hot and cold dishes both for breakfast, lunch and dinner as well as desires and snacks. All the recipes were selected based on Peter Elmegaard's personal favourites and the inspiration for the pictures was both to show the products being used as well as to inspire people to think creatively when serving their dishes at home.
